WHO(1948) have a definition of health, which is, "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
Now, everyone has known what
health is.
Then, what kind of things to do make people health? How to be
health?
First of the all, eat health.
People should choose food they eat everyday carefully, fresh food. Besides, eat
variety food everyday, light food is better. And, enough water.
Second, make your working out
plan. Working out make your body in fit, also, keep your weight in a condition.
Different exercise is helpful to build every part of a body, but keep injury
away.
Eat and move bodies are enough to
make people health.
But, according to WHO says the definition of health, these
two are not enough to get health. You must to be a happy person.
Positive thinking, satisfied your
life, and satisfied your own desire sometimes. Make friends, talk to friends,
hang out with friends etc. can help you in a positive mental.
Sound easy to be health, doesn’t
it?
Actually, make yourself in a good
habit is a way to keep healthy. Keep away from anything that may hurt you,
exercise everyday, have good night sleep, cook by yourself make you choose food
carefully,
keep your hands clean,
make your immune system stronger.
You are
a healthy person once you have a routine healthy life.
